Sample Products from Our Partners at Oatman Farms

Saturday August 28, 8:00 - 10:00am

FREE with our suggested $5 entry donation at the gate.

Oatman Farms is revitalizing arid-lands agriculture at the historic Oatman Flats Ranch through regenerative farming. In a great example of local, organic agriculture, they grow White Sonora Wheat and other heirloom crops in an effort to make their locally-marketed products authentic and historically relevant for our area.

But how do they taste? Well come see for yourself. Their fabulous new products are now on sale at the garden, and you can taste-test their bread and pancakes on August 28! Oatman Farms' Yadi Wang will be giving out samples made fresh that morning. Yadi is not only a baker and promoter of these products, he's the farmer at Oatman! So you'll get a chance to ask him about their operation from soil to planting to harvesting to tasting. Local organic farming is going mainstream, and you can be among the first to taste that trend!
