How to Take Care of Chickens Class Cost: $45 Join us for a class about caring for chickens! Genevieve O'Gorman has been consulting with us about the care of our Mission Garden chickens. Many of our volunteers have asked for an opportunity to learn more. Genevieve will be teaching this class from 5:00 to 7:00pm on Wednesday July 7. The class will be in person at Mission Garden, and it will cover:
1) planning for chickens 2) needs of chickens 3) predator proofing 4) acquiring and introducing chickens 5) health issues- treatable at home or vet
