Pueblos de Maíz / Tasting History—Corn Traditions (Friday April 12 and Saturday April 13, 9am-11am)
Mission Garden joins in this Tucson City of Gastronomy tradition of celebrating and teaching about corn. Whether you call it corn, maize, or maíz, or Zea, there have been thousands of years of corn use and many traditional ways of processing and using it.
