Agave Heritage Festival at Mission Garden
Explore and understand the truly amazing agave in this morning event. Agaves emerge from two days of roasting in an underground oven with expert Jesús García interpreting the process. Learn about their use for both food and fiber. Experience Apache traditions associated with agave. Rub elbows with industry experts in a family friendly environment filled with activities, art and food! (Click photo for details)
