Sunsets at Mission Garden can be magical. In the hot summer season, you’re invited to enjoy the evening sunset glow and cooler temperatures at the garden. Featuring games, live music, and the OaxaRico food truck. Bring your family and friends!

Exciting update! This Summer Sunset event will include a celebration with the Yoeme Garden Committee, in honor of the Pascua Yaqui Tribe's Recognition Day. Free paper flower kits (of important, cultural reference for the Pascua Yaqui) will be distributed.

Summer Sunsets at Mission Garden are held on the Third Thursday of each month during the summer.

PLEASE NOTE NEW TIME: In September, the event will be 5-7pm. As summer ends and the sun sets at a different time, we found we needed to shift this event time to give visitors the best possible experience. (The garden has limited electric lighting and can get very dark at night.)
