Making an Herbal Healing Salve

Saturday March 2, 2024, 9am-10:30am
At Mission Garden’s O’odham Ramada
$35, Space limited,
sign up and purchase ticket here. THIS CLASS IS FULL!

This popular class is back! Please join us for this wonderful experience with salves made from locally grown plant materials.

The class will go over the basics of making salves from herbs available at Mission Garden. We will be learning about the best ways to harvest & dry herbs, infusing dried herbs into oils, and then making the salve from our infused oils. We will be using the native desert creosote and combining it with calendula for a soothing anti microbial organic salve. Great for cuts, scrapes, dry skin and healing.
