Chuck Graf

 
 

Chuck is a Tucson native, Rincon HS Ranger, ASU grad in Engineering Science, and retired Arizona hydrologist. He has served as Deputy Director of the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality, Water Quality Division; Associate Director of the Arizona Water Institute; and Principal Hydrogeologist at ADEQ. Earlier work included positions with the US Forest Service, Arizona Department of Water Resources, and Tetra Tech International, directing a regional water resources office in the Sultanate of Oman. At ADEQ, Chuck managed the development, in cooperation with stakeholder advisory groups, of Arizona’s regulatory program for the safe reuse of reclaimed wastewater and gray water.

Chuck has served on Boards of Directors for the AZ Water Association and the Arizona Hydrological Society Foundation, and as a citizen appointee to the International Boundary & Water Commission Southeast Arizona Citizens Forum Board. Chuck and his wife Mary strongly support Mission Garden’s unique blend of strengths showcasing agricultural heritage, history, cultural diversity, and educational outreach.
